Pastor Doering began his ministry at Community Church in Racine on July 22nd, 2008. He comes to Racine after a seven-and-a-half year pastorate at Hope Church of the Nazarene in Ankeny, IA. Most recently, Pastor Rich was an Associate Pastor at Oskaloosa First Church of the Nazarene in Oskaloosa, IA. Rich is married to Shelley and they have three active boys, Jack, Cole, and Bryson. Pastor Rich is passionate about relationship building, the church actively pursuing their God given mission in the community, and most of all, people coming to a personal faith in Jesus Christ.
